Phoenix Brickwork were pleased to take part in a recent event at Fabrica Oxford alongside Bowmer and Kirkland, welcoming three students currently studying their Level 1 Bricklaying course with ACE Training.
Site Manager Elliott Allen and the team were extremely impressed by the students’ ability and skill at such an early stage in their careers.
The visit provided a great opportunity for us to showcase the project, give a behind-the-scenes look at the commercial brickwork industry, and highlight the pathways available to those entering construction.
Supporting the next generation is a key part of our commitment, and we’re proud to help inspire future bricklayers by offering real-world insight into life on site. It was a successful and rewarding event, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be involved.
